Programme Team Leader Running our Programme Team – consisting of Top Awards, Events & Young Leaders
14-25 Lead Volunteer Managing our Explorer & Network Unit volunteers – similar to a Group Lead Volunteer
Programme Team Member

Coordinating a programme of fun, engaging and safe events occurs across Durham City for each section
Volunteer Development Team Member
(Awards & Recognition)
Ensuring all our volunteers are recognised for their volunteering – from informal thanks locally, to national awards
Support Team Member
(Comms & Media)
Supporting with social media activity, website updates, and district communications
HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
