| Programme Team Leader | Running our Programme Team – consisting of Top Awards, Events & Young Leaders |
| 14-25 Lead Volunteer | Managing our Explorer & Network Unit volunteers – similar to a Group Lead Volunteer |
| Programme Team Member (Events) |
Coordinating a programme of fun, engaging and safe events occurs across Durham City for each section |
| Volunteer Development Team Member (Awards & Recognition) |
Ensuring all our volunteers are recognised for their volunteering – from informal thanks locally, to national awards |
| Support Team Member (Comms & Media) |
Supporting with social media activity, website updates, and district communications |
