Preparations for the 2019 are underway. Per capita fees are as follows
• The UK headquarters membership fee for 2019 will be £28.00 and is payable for all members
under the age of 18. As usual, there will be a 50p discount per member (a reduced fee of
£27.50) for prompt payment
• The Durham Scout County levy will remain at £9.50
• The Durham District levy will remain at £1.50

Please note the following calendar for 2019:

• Census to be conducted as of 31st January 2019
• Group census are to be completed online and approved before 8th February 2019
• District census are to be completed and approved by districts by 15th February 2019
• County census is to be completed and approved by 27th February 2019
• Payment of group subscriptions to districts should be before Tuesday 12th March 2019
(allowing time for funds to clear and payments to County to be made)
• Payment of district subscriptions to county is required Tuesday 19th March 2019 (to allow
transactions to be completed before 31st March – end of financial year for most districts and
the county)
• For districts paying the Scout County by the 19th March deadline, the 50p per youth member
will be refunded once the rebate is provided by HQ
• For districts who miss the 19th March deadline for payment to the Scout County, there will
be no rebate for the entire District. Please don’t be that group!
